- Inbox Management – structured Gmail inbox with labels, filters, and automated forwarding to Xero.
- HR Support – wrote job ads, prepared employment contracts, and supported new staff onboarding.
- Payroll Processing – set up Smartly Payroll, created timesheets, and managed payroll reconciliation.
- Advertising Support – designed print marketing materials to enhance local visibility.
